We welcome links to the Site provided that such links is not harmful or misleading to our reputation.
We reserve the right and discretion to request immediate removal of such link to the Site and you shall immediately comply with such request by us.
3. Content and Material in the Site
Blu Mushroom and its affiliate owns all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Site. You must not download, print or make any action that is similar to copying of any content and material, including but not limited to, logo, trademarks, text, pictures, graphics and computer code.
We reserve the right, but not obligated, to take any appropriate legal action against anyone who we believe infringe or violate our proprietary and intellectual property rights.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaims all conditions, representations and warranties not expressly set out in these Terms of Use and we are shall not be liable to you directly or indirectly for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to incidental, consequential damages, income or profit, property damage, data loss and third parties claims.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer under Singapore law or statutory rights.
To the extent the foregoing Limitation of Liability is prohibited, Blu Mushroom and its affiliate’s total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action shall be limited to one hundred Singapore dollars (S$100).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Blu Mushroom, and its affiliates, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and representatives from and against all losses, claims, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, resulting directly or indirectly from any violation of these Terms of Use by you.

You hereby agree and acknowledge that we may collect and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Governing Law
The Terms of Use are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use
